I must say that it is a lovely laptop but the touch screen issue is making me very upset. I called Lenovo and Microsoft support and those people doesn't even have a bit of knowledge. Many incertain process and lot of doubts in them. But it can't be a hardware problem. I bought it 1 week ago and when I opened the factory sealed box the touch screen worked perfectly! And a few hours later would stop working. No pen and touch input available, no hid compliant touch screen in device manager. I read almost every thread about this complain in this forum. Tried everything without success. The laptop is 99% good.. But without the touch screen is like trash. Hope someone can understand and if there's a solution, please tell me and I beg you send me specifics links or specifics procedures, please don't tell me "go to support.lenovo.com" or "do a system recovery or windows 10 update", etc.
