The problem started two days ago as they were hanging a little but worked by time. yesterday none of them were working then I googled the problem and found it is common in many devices so I thought it is a software issue. This morning, they were working perfectly and after coming home, none of them works.
I tried many solution as disabling filterkeys, uninstalling the keyboard from device device manager and updating windows, however none of them works. sometimes it worked after changing the language from language bar. it is totally annoyning for me
Thanks god touch screen is working that i write this post.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You can try to check for possible hardware failure since it appears the affected keys are located on a segmented spot. Use an external usb keyboard first else you can proceed booting the computer in a different OS like a live rescue media similar to this.
Update us how it goes.

After pressing several times on those letters, they worked all perfectly. when I entered the the bios they also worked not from the first time but after pressing several time on them too. I am afraid the problem still hardware related.

If the same issue happens on the BIOS and even booting on another operating system but works fine using an external keyboard then possibility of hardware issue can be resolved by replacement if cleaning is not sufficient.

Is this the same case that was answered in your post?
Since we have concluded same failure in BIOS of the keys then having it repair with any local computer repair shops near you. You can try calling in technical support for your region or the store where you purchase it for recommended service center.
Here is an article guide that you can also follow:
And here is the Service Provider Full list that you can filter specific to your region.
I hope this helps answer your query.
