I Have a ideapad 100s and the onboard HDD is encrypted with bitlocker, I am unable to get my recovery key from Microsoft account and stupidly i have deleted my recovery partition for more space, i do not have a image to recover from. Is there any way I can just reload windows without needing the bitlocker recovery key, i have no made a USB backup / image restore

Hi ryanlumi ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Would you still be able to boot into Windows?
You can try clean installation of Windows having it cleared with all partition and proceed from there assuming that there is no TPM chip on the system. Check if you would still be able to turn off bitlocker as it would make it easier.
You can review this discussion that would provide you different options whichever would work for you best.
Update us how it goes.
