Hey! I just bought this laptop 2 weeks back the salesman said I can upgrade my ram upto 24gb as I have four slots he asked me to check task manager memory it was ddr3 2133mhz it said I got 4 slots 1 accupied but when I search on official website or internet info stats that I got only one slot and max cap of 4gb and that of ddr4
If yes and above info is true please let me know and I also want to how to find my acctual specs for laptop for upgrade tried upgrade manual there it says max 8gb and off ddr4
It's running too slow on win10 64 with 4gb ram

Looking at the parts lookup of your model it has 4GB DDR4-2133MHz onboard memory and an empty slot which can be filled with another 4GB DDR4 2133 MHz.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
The true specification of your machine is ones described on the manual page 27 and if you physically check it.
Onboard + 1xSO-DIMM socket , DDR4-2133MHz, Max RAM 8GB as per product specs sheet.
You motherboard have a soldered 4GB RAM (onboard) and there is one available slot to add another 4 GB DDR4 2133MHz to cap the maximum supported prescribed by the manufacturer.
