Re: Lenovo ideapad 310 -15ikb windows 7 32 bit

Good day and welcome to the community.

Sorry for your problems.

As the machine was designed for Win10, and also that Win7 is at end-of-life for most (all?) OEM installs, there is very little chance of finding Win7 device drivers for the hardware. This is true for all OEMs, and for subcomponent providers (Intel, Realtek, etc).

Regards.

Microsoft/Intel/AMD/others announced last year that they were not going to create Windows 7 drivers for 7th generation Intel chipsets.  This page gives some background:

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2016/09/02/windows_intel_kaby_lake_amd_zen/

Windows 10 has a "Windows 7 compatibility mode" that might allow Windows 7 applications to run on Windows 10.  Right-click the EXE file, select "Properties", and then the "Compatibility" tab.

If compatibility mode does not work, you could try using the drivers for the 6th-generation Intel chipsets.  They might work, but you will have to search each manufacturer's web site to find and download the drivers.

If none of the 6th generation drivers work, and it is essential for you that you use this Windows 7 application, you will have to return or sell your Ideapad 310-15IKB (7th generation chipset), and buy instead an Ideapad 300-15ISK (6th generation chipset).
