After regular windows 10 update today, the touchpad stopped partially working.
For example, scrolling with 2 fingers or zoom in/out are not working any more from the touchpad.
How can I solve this problem?

I have the same issue. Recent Windows 10 update and the scrolling feature stopped working. I tried a few of the written recommendations, to no avail. Reinstalling the Lenovo Touchpad driver did not work either. On a whim I tried the following:
Open the Device Manager by typing "device manager" in the Settings search box and selecting from the menu.
Double click the "Mice and other pointing devices"
Then single click on "Synaptics pointing device" to highlight it
Select Action in the Menu line to get a drop down list.
Choose update driver and allow the software to update.
Once I did this, my touchpad scrolling feature reactivated.

I´ve faced the same problem, and I updated the drive as per Jerry has suggested.
The issue was fixed and now the touchpad is performing perfectly.
Thank you all!

I tried both of these processes and my touchpad is still not scrolling as it once did prior to the most recent windows 10 update. It can barely scroll when the left button is held down. It no longer responds to any of the prior touch features other than operating as a normal point and click mouse which is frustrating.
However, after I accomplished the driver update when going to events I get this message in the details of events
"Device HID\SYNA2B49&Col01\5&2f139fcb&1&0000 requires further installation."
I have tried to redo the driver update but it recognizes that the most recent and up-to-date driver is installed. I will attempt to uninstall the driver and reinstall once I return home this evening when a usb mouse connected. Will post an update with what I find.
