I ran a hardware test on Lenovo solution center and I had 2 failed tests and 1 warning on the results.
AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M360: -Video Memory Test Warning
Result code: WVC003000-RM8XYI
ST1000LM014-SSHD-8GB - 931.51 GBs: -Targeted Read Test Failed
-SMART Short Self Test Failed
-SMART Drive Self Test Failed
Result code: WHD01V01I-RM8XYI

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
When a SMART test fails, this will more often that not will mean a hardware issue is at hand.
Seeing as this is happening with your storage device, you will wanting to be backing up any data that you may want to keep, in order to make sure you dont lose anything in case it does actually fail.
I`d recommend attempting a factory reset after the backup, this will rule out software issues.
Note: Please back up all your data as running this reset will delete any data on your machine
1. Turn the machine off and press the recovery button which is located usually next to the power button. If you have a desktop machine you will need to power the machine back on and keep tapping the F2 key.
2. Use the arrow keys and press enter on system recovery. ( Desktop users can skip this)
3. Select “restore from the initial backup” and then “Next”.
4. Click “start” and accept the warning messages.
Length of time can vary depending on the speed of the machine.
If the issue persists after that, then I would recommend you get in touch with your local Lenovo support line for a possible repair/investigation of the unit.
