I have recently bought my lenovo laptop and now the ctrl buttons don't work (both of them). Sometimes they do work and I think that 3 times shortcut ctrl + alt + fn helped me with them, but now it doesn't do anything. I did my research but not I'm not going anywhere with it. I need your help.

Welcome to the community forums.
The best way to know if the laptop is experiencing hardware issue is to test it with an online keyboard tester. Check this link: http://www.keyboardtester.com/
If the keys are detected, perform a system restore point back to a certain date where the laptop's keys was still working properly. Check this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfXsTyVXQtU
See if the issue is fixed after the system restore point.
If the keys are not detected, this is a hardware issue and needs to be repaired. You can use this global contact list to get the phone number for your local Lenovo technical team: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/supportphonelist?CID=ww:lenovosocial:20x9m6
