Laptop Mode Name : Model 81BN ( Lenovo ideapad 320S - 14IKB U)
OS : Windows 10
Recently my laptop motherboard was replaced by authorised lenovo service center as my was not powering ON. Now it is working fine but In the lenovo vantage application I couldn't see my laptop serial number and product details, they are showing as INVALID.
Is there something I can do to fix this issue..? or this issue is with the service performed by service center ?
And also Should I install the BIOS updates which I have received previously ?

It means whoever replaced the motherboard didnt update the serial number and product number on the motherboard. Nothing is wrong with motherboard. You could go back to whoever replaced the board and have them update info.
One other issue you will run into is Vantage wont work. It happened to my nephew too. Lenovo Vantage uses the product/machine info to look for software updates. My nephew got tired of Lenovo repair shop so he never fixed his. He just manually looks for updates now. IF you like Vantage and use it then I would reccomend taking it back to repair shop to have information updated.

Thanks for the clarification, Service center updated my serial and product details and the same are reflecting in the lenovo vantage.
