I bought a new keyboard and it made no difference. About 10 keys are not responding including the power key. Also, the mouse is so sluggish, it's un-usable. It is identical in bios and in Windows. I can turn the laptop on by using a paperclip in the small hole. Using a USB keyboard and mouse, everything is good and windows operates normally. I tried deleting keyboard and mouse drivers and reinstalling, but no difference. I tried disconnecting battery and holding down power button, no difference, but power key on keyboard isn't working anyway. Could my BIOS be corrupt?
