I am an owner of a Lenovo Ideapad 320S. Unlike other models, this one does not include playback control in hotkey mode, i.e. none of the fn functions allow to control playback of Windows media player, Spotify or similars. I know that an Hotkey feature integration software by Lenovo exists, but my model is not supported (it's mostly for Thinkpads). Is there a way for me to change the function of the keys or some other workaround?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
The hotkeys provided with the model does have a BIOS built in functions that you can disable to use the function keys as normal keys for the audio applications :
I hope this helps answer your query.

Not exactly. As the picture you posted shows, none of the fn keys allows for media playback control (play/pause/next/rewind), only for volume control. But yeah, I will try to use some kind of third party tool, thank you.
