I had the exact same situation. I had just reformatted and installed Windows 10 ver 1703 Creators Edition and found that the touchpad and the keyboard no longer worked. I hooked up a USB keyboard and mouse and discovered through Device Manager that the drivers were missing. I just couldn't find the right driver. Thanks to your post, I found the correct driver and installed. Everything works again. Nice and easy fix.

Interesting how a keyboard and a touchpad can go faulty and need replacing after an upgrade Ha ha! (What else did they really do to fix the problem?)

Same here it's a lenovo problem because their computers should be able to handle MS updates! simple as that.
mine not fixed yet afet one week with Lenovo support but it may be a problem in bios stopping the default drivers from working! ??

Thanks KangSion so much!
I had same problem, after formating harddrive windows came without any drivers so even keyboard doesnt work, but solution is very simple. You just need to download drivers "Intel Platform Driver for Windows 10 (32-bit) - ideapad 100S-11IBY" from Lenovo website and everything will work.
