I can't fix this problem, can someone help me ? Its blocked, how can fix ?

Welcome to the Forum.
If in the Synaptics control panel you go to Advanced Configuration you should be able to change the configuration from there. If not I would recommend you to update the BIOS and the touchpad driver (you can download them from our website) and then try again.
