I have an Ideapad 100-15IBD - i3-5005U CPU @ 2.00GHz
I want to ask if i can upgrade from i3-5005U to i5-6600K ??
is this possible ??

No, it's not possible to replace CPU in your laptop. Last laptops with repleacable CPUs (socketed) were in Haswell generation. You have laptop from newer - Broadwell generation.
Moreover i5-6600K is a Skylake PC's CPU. FYI there are laptops specially designed to support PC's replaceable CPUs - sadly, can't say more about them - you'll need to look for them yourself. And they are really pricey.

CPU is soldered to motherboard. No upgrade is possible
