PrtSc key not working on ideapad 310

i have been looking for an answer but cannot find one on here. well not for my device. i tried downloading clipboard from Microsoft store but that just seems way too complicated for me. all i want is to be able to press the PrtSc key like i used to do when i first got this flaming piece of trash. is it supposed to work on its own or do i need to press other keys and if so which ones?

Welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

If there is a special key combination for print screen, it will just be Fn + PrtScn or Windows key + PrtScn. On Lenovo IdeaPad 310 keyboard, pressing PrtScn will allow the computer to capture a screenshot of the current screen. Mac, thank you. I managed to take a screenshot using your suggestions. I am positive that i used to be able to just press the PrtSc key but it seems that now I have to press the Windows key as well! (Sigh)Screenshot (6).png
