I just bought my Lenovo Ideapad 320-15IKB Model: 81BG Machine Type Model: 81BG005BPH yesterday and it only has a 4GB RAM. Can I upgrade it's RAM to 8GB or maybe more?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I have checked your systemboard and it does shows that you have 4GB ram soldered onboard and there is also available slots to add 8 GB DDR4-2133 MHz. Max ram is 16 GB but I cannot confirm full functionality if adding 16 GB (total would reach 20GB) is workable.
Considering cost and certified parts , I would suggest 8GB + 4GB (soldered onboard) for a total of 12GB sufficient for daily computing task.
I hope this helps answer your query.

I really appreciate you getting back on me with this. I badly needed this to be checked since the shop where I bought the unit from stated that it cannot be upgraded and that there was no available slot at all to add a memory on my laptop. I sent them a message to double check it and to review if there is any manual that could tell if it can be upgraded and until now I have not heard anything from them.

What I got for you is the exact motherboard part number along with the image (PN 5B20P99233 MBL81BJI58250UV2GD4GWIN). If you got it from a reseller then most likely they could have mistook it with another model.
Using the serial number here, you can click on systemboard from the commodity list to filter it faster and there shows the part number and the image of the board. Here is also the hardware manual and page 41 describes the steps for you.
Check with the store if you can do the upgrade yourself without voiding the warranty.
