Replacing the hard drive in my ideapad 100

I want to replace the hard drive in my new ideapad 100 with a 250gb SSD but when i attempted to get it open i discovered that there is one screw with a tamper evident seal on it. I don't know what to do at this point i've never owned a computer that doesnt have openings on the bottom for replacing ram and hard drive.

I would also like to replace the 4gb ram module it came with with an 8gb module.

Does anyone know how i should go about this? It seems unfair that if i cant open my computer to replace this terrible preformance hard drive with a better one.

They don't all use onboard ram. Mine still has one slot for a ram module.
