Currently, when I use the two finger scrolling upwards, the screen scrolls downwards and when I scroll it downwards, the screen scrolls upwards. I'm used to it doing the opposite and would like to change it if possible. I have looked all over the Settings and Control Panel on Windows 10 and could not find a way to tweak the touchpad settings other than sensitivity.

No I do not see these options under Touchpad Settings. I believe that's because the trackpad on this laptop uses Synaptics drivers, not Windows Precision drivers.
