Screw are Missing from back of IDEAPAD 330S

I have purchased a new laptop (idea pad 330s) around December 2018 with an extended warranty and recently discovered that two screws are missing from the back of the laptop.

  • So will it affect the warranty?
  • Did someone tamper my device before purchasing?

The warranty covers the missing screws, but does not cover damages such as cracks and liquid damage. You can use this link https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/warrantylookup?CID=ww:lenovosocial:20x9m6 to determine your warranty and you can use this link https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/supportphonelist?CID=ww%3Alenovosocial%3A20x9m6%E2%80%8B to find the hotline number for Lenovo Helpdesk for your country.

As for your second question have you noticed if the screws just recently fell out or if the screws were not there to begin with.

I don't remember whether the screws fell afterward or at the time of buying the laptop.
