I'm using IDEAPAD 500 which is currently under warranty. The charger of my laptop suddenly stopped working so when I visited the service centre for my warranty claim they told me that the charger which I was using from the day 1 actually doesn't belong to my Laptop.
Then they are continuously declining to provide me with the service for my adapter and are saying to buy a new adapter.
Someone Please help me out and tell me is that my fault that I received the wrong item and if not then why should I pay for the mistakes which aren't done by me.
