Hi everyone. I'm new in this community. I've been using my brand new Lenovo Flex 3 1470 for a couple of months and everything was running smoothly, i was ver happy with it.
I decieded to extend the antivirus coverage for a year (i had a warning of license expiracy for a couple of weeks) and after that, and all of a sudden, my TouchPad stopped working.
I'm using Windows 10.
PS: I live in Argentina, so no matter how hard I try, Online Support and Phone Support won't give me any possible solution other that flying back to US (where i got my computer) and have it replaced there. (that won't happen). I really need some help trying to fix this by myself. I re-installed ELAN drivers dozens of time with no success.
Help me, please!
