Hi, I just bought my laptop IdeaPad 320 two days ago. It was running normally and when I installed a rendering software it stuck soO restarted it by press the power button. After turning off, I tried to turn on and it started to have prob. It turned on while there is a black screen appearing only and automatically turns off after 20 seconds. Can someone please help me?
