My computer ,Lenovo idea pad, got Water in it and now the screen is black, no life on the screen, but computer will come on, but screen is black ,computer screen is no longer working. My warranty expired. Can Lenovo still fix , repair my computer? What would cost be to repair and where would I need to ship computer? Anyone who can help please respond. Thank you.

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.
It seems like the liquid spill made its way through the motherboard and likely short out or damaged critical circuit components.
You could try to open up the machine again and use a cotton swab that's dipped with 99% Isoprophyl alcohol to clean out areas on the motherboard that have signs of corrosion or water damages.
After cleaning out the motherboard, I recommend you let it air dry in a warm room for about a day or two then reassemble it back.
If that doesn't work then you may need to contact a laptop specialist to repair the damage on the board level.
Alternatively, you could also contact lenovo for service (they'll likely replace the motherboard).
If you don't have ADP (Accidental Damage Protection) plan, fees may apply for the repair.
