What memory exactly for my laptop idepad 700 17ISK ?
Because, the site Lenovo indicates: RAM DDR4 - On 2133 MHz,
but in my laptop, I found "RAMAXEL - RAM DDR4 - 2400" !
RAMAXEL - RAM DDR4 - 2400.
They should be good normally ?

Warm Greetings & welcome to Lenovo Community, happy to have you here.
Looking at the psref of this model, RAM specifications are 32GB max / PC4-17000 2133MHz DDR4, two 260-pin SO-DIMM sockets. And your listed Memory looks fine to me.
I hope the above information helped you.

You can use software like HWinfo to check whether your system's Memory is working on 2400Mhz or not.

I know but if MotherBoard cannot handle the 2400 MHz Memories it will automatically downclock it to 2133Mhz. So that is the reason I wanted to confirm.

Do I may left my memory ram origin ( x1 ) 8gb 2400MHz, and installed a memory ram (x1 ) 16gb 2133MHz,
to benefit from total memory of 24gb ?
Normally the memorys will work all with 2133MHz ?
Thank you for answering.

You can do that but in order to take adavantage of dual channel configuration, every Memory module specifications (size, frequency etc) should be same.
You are right all memories will work with 2133Mhz.
