I want to know why I can't install windows 10, and how to fix "The selected disk has an mbr partition table" error.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Your installer is created via GPT sytle but the drive was set to MBR format originally.
You can wipe the drive and convert it to GPT as discussed here.
This works great on GPT compatible motherboards but for older boards that is not GPT supported (legacy BIOS) then option to just format the installer to MBR partition scheme.
I hope this helps answer your query.
