battary plugged in not charging

I have Lenovo u330p laptop with windows 10. I used a reset windows keep files option and now it writes battary is damaged and needs to be replaced! It was perfectly normal before and worked well.

Now its on 15% when pluged and when I unplug it then it shuts down! Do I really need to replace a working battary or is it somekind of windows bug and can be fixed?

Re: battary plugged in not charging

It sounds like it really isn't a working battery.  It sounds like it needs to be replaced
