I have a visnic 30000 power bank.
I tryed to charge my Lenovo IdeaPad 510s 13 80SJ0079IV with the dc output but it doesn't charge.

Your laptop requires 20 volts and your power bank is only supplying 19 volts. That would explain why it is not working. Since there is a 1 volt difference, your laptop is probably preventing its use to avoid further damage.

Is there anithing I can do to make It work or It wan't work with this power bank.
Can you recomend a power bank thet will charge my laptop?

Your power bank won't work as it is not outputting the required 20 volts your laptop needs. There is nothing that you can do to make it work.
As for recommendations, you will need to find one that has an output of 20 volts with an ampere rating equal to or greater than 2.25A. I have no personal experiencing in using one, but hopefully someone else will join in on this discussion with information on which product worked best for them.
