i have a lenova flex 2 15
i3 1.9 processor
500gb ssd 8gb hard drive
i believe its the 20405 model haswell
im looking to upgrade the memory by another 4gb of ram can anyone point me in the right direction as to which type to buy
and if anyone can point me as to the correct model when searching the support as its a pain in backside not knowing or supporting this model

From page 27 of the hardware maintenance manual, the Flex 2 15 supports up to 16GB DDR3L (1333MHz/1600MHz) SODIMM × 2
As the machine already have an 8GB module, I recommend you check under the hood if that 8GB is a 4GBx2 or an 8GBx1. If it's the former then you will need to get an 8GB module if you're aiming 12GB, or just get a 2x8GB dual channel kit fo max it out to 16GB, otherwise, another 4GB module will suffice.
