Greetings and welcome new Lenovo forum user,
Of a quick look I see the Ideapad 130 comes with Win10 pre-installed and no other so Lenovo supports what they ship the systems with.
Edit: To manually updating drivers in Windows 8, 8.1 open Device Manager than select the device that you would like to check for an update by Right-clicking a device and selecting ‘Update Driver Software’ within the pop-up.

Okay so from the Amazon link of SYSTECH listing you posted,
" Operating System: This is a DOS-based laptop. Requires separate purchase and installation of operating system software (like Windows), not included in the box . Refer to Lenovo website for drivers. Supported Operating Systems: Windows 10. Use Genuine windows 10 latest version (RS4)and ensure it is installed in UEFI mode, Post which Install touchpad drivers from Lenovo support site "
Edit: If it came with Winodws 8 than SYSTECH installed it.
