I wanted to perform a battery reset on my ideapad 32015ISK, Product Number: 80XH. I am running Windows 10, 64 bit.
I have Lenovo Vantage installed, but it doesn't give me an option of battery reset.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you try and check again with the Lenovo Vantage?
Update it if needed and proceed wwith the Hardware Settings tab.
Under Power should be Battery Gauge Reset.
Would that option be available or grayed out?
Update us how it goes.

Thank you for your reply.
When I launch Lenovo Vantage, the only option I get under hardware settings->power are : enable conservative mode and enable lenovo battery gauge(which basically shows battery percentage on taskbar).
I don't have any option to perform battery reset.
Let me know any alternative you may have.

Hi ujjawalgk ,
Try to update your Lenovo Vantage and enable battery gauge.
Alternatively, manual battery gauge reset would be setting power option to full performance and allowing the battery to drain until 10-20 percent. Uninstall Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery driver from device manager and restart. Then allow full charging of the battery until 95-100 %.

I am not getting the option of how to update lenovo vantage.
I can try for manual gauge reset.
I uninstalled Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery driver and restarted the PC, but it reinstalled upon restart.
Thank you for your help.

It supposes to reinstall back. Purpose of uninstalling it is to refresh how windows measure the battery reading as we manually do a factory reset. If this reset is your last effort to salvage a dying battery, perhaps you would consider testing it with a new one too.
