I just bought an ideapad 320-141SK and have found an annoying keyboard problem. When I try to log in to my Microsoft Account, the correct password typed on the keyboard is not accepted. I then use the On Screen Keyboard and the same password is accepted. Once I'm logged in, the keyboard seems to work normally, numbers appear as numbers etc.. But it appears that on initial login to Microsoft, the keyboard doesn't work properly - most likely not producing numbers and/or symbols correctly.
Does anybody know the solution to the problem? Is there something wrong in the settings somewhere?
Thanks in anticipation.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
I had a similar problem on my PC, the issue was that I was using a different language on my keyboard than what was the basic language set on the system.
I had used Hungarian, but the system was in English, so everytime the computer would boot up, the login would start with English keyboard, but when I logged in it switched to Hungarian.
I don`t really mind it now, but when it annoyed me, I just disabled the other language for the KB, and it worked without issues on the next boot.
Not sure if this is something that may be relatable to your case. But hope it helps, otherwise, I`m not quite sure what it could be.
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.
