Hi, I have the 700-17ISK 80RV with the same problem!
I tried everything without success, there is some one that found a solution?
 

Tried also with latest driver touchpad driver dated 10/1/2017 and BIOS E5CN56WW

Maybe someone of us can research battery and determine how battery affects the keyboard? Maybe notebook needs grounding?

I'm afraid it's a motherboard problem that can only be solved by the replacement...

As I said I have a 700 17ISK that have the same problem but the lenovo support doesn't know what to do!

I'm thinking to reselling this notebook because I can't use it without battery.

Very bad experience with lenovo.
