Re: ideapad 710s speaker problems

Welcome to the Community Forums! Does the issue with audio just happened recently? Since the sound is good with the Headphone, then it could be isolated with the built in speakers. What is the exact model of your Ideapad 710s? Searching online using the part number of the speakers could be much easier. You could enter the Serial Number of your laptop in our Parts Look Up site: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/partslookup/ , then it will list down the all the parts built with your laptop along with their Part numbers. Or you could enter the Serial Number in our Support Site: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/ , got to the "Documentation" tab, then look for the "Hardware Maintenance Manual" to see the full guide on replacing parts and the parts list of the Ideapad 710s. -Mario_Lenovo

Re: ideapad 710s speaker problems

Thanks for your help i have found the part no 5SB0K81000 - 710S-13 JBL RT4 Speaker but the only place i can get them is from the US at $80 plus shipping which makes them very expensive for a refurbished part so i am stick to my headphones for now, but i am supprised thease speakers have failed just after the waranty has run out
