Ideapad 310-15 ABR has 1067mHz 4gb soldered ram. AMD recommend to use high speed ram for better performance. So, is there a way to replace it with high speed ram?

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
If the RAM itself is soldered onto the motherboard, then no, you wont be able to remove it.
You would have to look at an alternative motherboard if there is no space for other RAM modules.
