Hi there, Ichang          -

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

Does the external keyboard produce the same problem? Also, did u check with on-screen keyboard?

Re: keyboard of Flex 15 laptop suddenly not working

the external keyboard and the online keyboard work fine. Only the keys of 9, 0,-, o, p, (, l, ;, ', ., / suddenly don't work.  I bought my laptop in Nov 2013. Warranty expired. Can the problem be fixed?  Thanks for your help.

Re: keyboard of Flex 15 laptop suddenly not working

Try to remove keyboard device via device manager (right click my computer > manage > device management > keyboards > find your keyboard > right click and select remove > then restart your computer)

If it doesn't work, try the below:

1)     Completely shut down the machine.

2)     Remove the Battery.

3)     Remove the Charger / AC Adaptor.

4)     Press and Hold on the Power Button for 20 continues Seconds.

5)     Connect the Charger / AC Adaptor.

6)     Press and Hold on the Power Button for 10 continues Seconds.

Update us how it goes.
