keys not working even after replacing keyboard

I have recently come across a project I can not figure out my neighbors lenovo has a few keys that arent working the keys are as follows "ASDF JKL: " I have replaced the keyboard entiriely for her but the problem presists so here I am thank you in advance

 

Edit: It is an ideapad 110 15ISK

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

After the keyboard replacement that you already tried, I think you can check if the issue is really with the hardware.

 

Using an external keyboard that works with those keys, and further testing it in the BIOS from the password creation (only for testing but cancel it as our purpose is just to test asdfjkl). Having those keys failing with adjacent other keys then probability of hardware failure is high. If those keys do not work as well using an external keyboard then it could be software.
