Hello our new Ideapad automatically did an update after initial switch on and config.
It used the configured wifi to do this. (All was working fine)
The following morning there was no wifi connection and I found that the device is not running.
So Update driver - no luck
On installing the correct driver from the Lenovo site it gave an error:
"Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them
Realtek 8821AE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC
Data error (cyclic redundancy check) "
Can you please assist

Hi there, Frikkie -
Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.
Uninstall drivers (delete driver software) then restart. After rebooting, click update driver software and then try installing software manually
Update us how it goes.
Tap that kudos button if I helped
