I have an lenovo Ideapad 310 15 ISK model 80UH and suddenly appears a blue screen from windows 10 showing a error code :CRITICAL PROCESS DIED, código de parada. I have called microsoft support and they said that it could be a hardware problem. they suggest me to keep in contact with LeNovo to know if exist some tools to diagnose if there is a hardware problem in the notebook or not.
Please tell me how i can run any tool to check hardwaere conditions in my notebook.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You can try running Bootable diagnostics here (read the read me files for specific steps) or you may also try removing the hard drive out and slaving it to another computer and run other diagnostics tools like here and here while you take chance to back up your data.
