The code result do have other descriptions about the USB and motherboard that you may include here in our post too specially if you are experiencing certain issues.
Try to update the Lenovo Solutions Center or even run the individual test from the support site to confirm the test results. Updating drivers can also be a good option to consider.

Did diagnostic test and received two error codes. This one is for the internet. It is as follows: WWF00F000-UN7DOD. Also the harddrive failed the smart test. It is as follows: WHD01V000-UN7DOD. I also receive a warning that the video usage is high. E540

You may get in touch the Lenovo Think Line support at 1-800-932-0465 and they can further evaluate the error codes that you got. In addition, have you tried updating the Lenovo Solution Center and re-run the hardware scan? If not, you may also try updating the Lenovo Solution Center and check it again. Also, are you having any hardware related concerns in the Lenovo E540? We're looking forward to your reply.
