It might work, but you're better off getting two sticks of the same brand and size.

Please download CPU-Z.
Please post screen shots of the Memory and SPD tab.
Your onboard should be 4GB DDR4-2400. (ISK and KBL models only).

As you have soldered 4GB RAM, they may not be compatible with any DDR4 SO-DIMM module. Lenovo verified following 8GB modules to be compatible with 320-15IKB:
- FRU: SM30M49901, Samsung M471A1K43CB1-CRC
- FRU: SM30G16509, SK Hynix HMA81GS6AFR8N-UH
- FRU: SM30G16510, Micron MTA8ATF1G64HZ-2G3B1
- FRU: SM30G16511, Ramaxel RMSA3260MB78HAF-2400
Check Hardware Maintenance Manual for other compatible modules.

I am thinking user has 4GB soldered (and some users have 8GB soldered). and 1 socket, 16GB total max in machine. -or- all soldered and 0 socket.
