waranty claim

I bought a lenevo ideapad 100 laptop, and its on waranty  period..  i was using the laptop ( it was charging too) and sunddenly it went off.  After that it won't boot. i went to shop from where i have bought, and said them to look that. they said due to high voltage motherboard is damaged. It can't be repair, and company don't give waranty on this case....

I just want to know do company give the warranty claim or not ??

it it's a factory warranty, it should be covered unless you plugged in some sort of incorrect charger

You are correct, but why Lenovo then doesn't take contact with customer and really help him? 

Did you contact him? Does he know what he has to do? I guess not. Just help him! Don't let him down like Lenovo let me! No help just pushing away. Just make it right! He pays your salary too!
