my 320-15IKB (Type 80XL, 80YE) Laptop (ideapad) type 80XL00HVAD
after i make computer reset always make trouble , windows update error message "

and when shutdwon or resart take about two hours to work again and i tried to stop update service and rename softwareDistribution folder give acces is denied till i change permission ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Try to check if there are any other Windows update (pre requisites) and apply them first.
Check the update history if other smaller updates also would fail.
