Hello,

i run into a problem with the SSH access to my IX4-200d (Firmware: 2.1.50.30227). The WebGui is fine, the support access is activated and a couple of times stopped and started.

SSH reports a connection refused.

Because of a shell script running on the box, i am able to take a look into the log.

Is there any other option to get access to the box to fix this issue?

Is it possible that you've enabled rsync, by any chance?  If so, try disabling it for a moment and try connecting via ssh again to see if this works for you.

I remember encountering that a while back and in my case, enabling rsync was the culprit in my case.

Rsync was enabled, but disabling it and check ssh, there was no change. Looks like that something is wrong on the shell, running a couple of things that are wrong.

I look now for a HowTo for accessing the serial console, not a lot of information in the web about that.
