Hello, is there a new location for the files and a fix.
I have a IX4-200d running non cloud code that is completely dead. I have gone through all of these forums after replacing the drives and power supply.
I can stop the boot and do what the image re-install indicates, but still to no avail as it wont writye to the new hard drive.

do you still have all the files you used to fix your NAS?

Unfortunatley I am not sure where that files lives . I've been told that if you use the link below to open an electronic ticket with support they will provide access to the USB imager files.
I've had a few customers confirm they were able to get the files and directions to run the tool.

I recieved a response back from Lenovo indicated that this is an old and non-supported device since 2017. They do not post drivers or even respond to support cases for this ix4-200d.
No other information will be sent.
So, outside of Lenovo where is the latest place that downloads can be obtained?
