ix2 StoreCenter (latest edition): can't find features in menu after 4.1.102.29716 update

On the screenshot are exactly every feature available in All Features tab.

I believe some of the features (the main ones) are just hidden but I have no idea about how to unhide them.

 

The factory reset might have been a good idea, but I have no even such option.

 

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

I would recommend contacting Lenovo support for your area and try flashing the unit with 4.1 again or revert to 4.0.8. This will be data destructive so you will want to back it up first if it is not already.

I'd prefer not to be footballed from one support to another. And actually I can't see the difference between local and international support. Can you?

I am sorry but the forums are for general assistance, questions and troubleshooting, It sounds like you may need more assistance than is able to be provided in this format.

You will receive better assistance by calling directly and getting an incident set up. Also, if for any reason a replacement part needs to be sent we send them from the closest location to you. Also it may be more convenience due to time differences.
