ix4-200d firmware 3.2.8.30031 = no more access to web interface

I have updated my ix4-200d Cloud Edition to latest firmware: 3.2.8.30031.

After this update, no longer have access to the web interface. I still can

access my network share as before but that's all I can do.

 

I tried the reset button. Unplug ethernet and reconnect to both port. But still,

no access to web interface.

 

I'm still under warranty but how do you contact them? This product isn't even

listed and I'm unable to proceed further to reach tech support. :-(

I was wondering if someone could give me information on how to contact them?

Yes, I would recommend calling tech support directly. This seems to be an in-depth issue that may be difficult to trouble shoot over forums.

They should be able to collect additional info diagnose the issue more effectively.
