Looks like the frame isn’t registered to the Lenovo account I created on their website and setup the frame with initially. When I tried to manually add it to my account on Lenovo’s site, I got this (attached image).

I am also in the same situation. Have 2 frames, one connected and loading photos, another that I reset since both failed to show up in the app. One that I did not reset still pulls in new photos from the previously configured Goole photos album but does not show up in app. One that was reset is having the same device registration failed error as others here after going through the setup process. This is an issue on Lenovo's backend API for device registration that they need to ack and fix ASAP.

Same issue here. How is this even possible. Factory reset does nothing. Doesn't change device at all. It just won't connect.

 

how can a company like this put out a product that is completely dead on arrival.

 

I am past being able to return this stupid frame and furious that I spent $300 on this piece of crap

As a note, these solutions don't work for our current issue described in "Device Registration Failed" as of 9/12/21

Yea, Twitter support has been frustrating. Multiple reps just asking me to do the same thing over and over. How do we get an admin to view this thread?

Same issue, took out of the box on Saturday worked great for one day. Now registration failed message, also tried everything . Can’t find phone support number either. Anyone have the number ?
