Fail Login when trying to connect to Lenovo Link App

When I try to access the Lenovo link app on both my iPhone & iPad I get a "Fail Login" message. 

 

This has caused all the smart bulbs and plus in my house to no longer be smart either through the lenovo app or google home app. 

 

I suspect that there may be some maintenance being performed however can find no information. 

 

I'm interested to find out if this is an issue for anyone else and if there is a time frame to  get it resolved.

Lenovo Link app cannot be accessed using iPad, iPod, Kindle or Android tablet. It can be only used through supported systems below:

 

  • iOS 9.0 or higher
  • Android 5.0 or higher

I have the same issue. 
App is running on IPhone iOS 13.1.3

has been working fine - smart plugs working 12 hours ago but now Alexa does not recognise them. App fails to login, plugs are not visible. 
I have reset my password but login still fails.

I am having this same issue. Is there a way to troubleshoot this issue? FAQs do not address this, so please do not repost that as before.

Same issue here.  Google home cannot connect to Lenovo.  Opening the Lenovo Link app on my iPhone 8 IOS 13.1.3, I get a "Fail to Login" error, but I am logged in.  Please advise.  I'm sitting at home in the dark.

This does not help, as I’m running everything that is required and reset and deleted the app, re installed and still isn’t working

Please stop giving this bad advice. The problem is with the Lenovo Link App. It's your end.

It would be helpful if this issue was actually looked at rather than a bulk standard (old given it references IOS9) response. 

 

The issue is not with my login, device, OS version or app version. 

 

The system appears to have come back online now which is the same thing as happened last time. System unavailable for around 4 hours. 

 

The issue is clearly at Lenovo's end so please stop telling people to check FAQ or to uninstall and reisnatll the app as this is not the issue. 

 

Providing out of date, useless and incorrect information to people in response to an issue is not helpful in anyway.

So, the next morning everything was working as it should. I'm guessing it was a temp. Lenovo server issue.
