I have inserted 4 new disks on the nas, powered it on, the rebuilding of the array started, but after 20 hours was blocked at 99%.
If i try to connect to the web console i see the configuration menu, it ask me storage name and to set username and password, but if I try to set it, I have the message "storage must be available before you can use this feature".

I spent hours browsing this forum and trying all possibile solution. All except one: reflashing the firmware that Lenovo support doesn't provide.
Finally, the response from Lenovo:
To solve the problem we will have to reinstall the operating system, this will result in the loss of any data, I ask you to accept the answer with the phrase listed below:
I, Mr. XXX, I am aware that reinstalling the operating system will result in the loss of any data stored on my Iomega nas-Lenovo with serial S4DXXXXX, I accept also not to disclose in any way the files I recieve.
Too many KGB secrets from Lenovo. My accepted solution is: to bring back the device to the reseller and never buy Lenovo again.
