I appear that my ix2 is appears to fail today, as I am receiving a message stating :
Storage failed and some data loss may have occured. Multiple drives may have either failed or been removed from your storage system. Visit the dashboard on the management interface for details.
When I log to the device manager, it tells me either that the storage is unavailable or repeat the message above.
What should I do ?

Which firmware version is installed on your device?
So, to be clear, you cannot access the web management console to view the event log and see which drive failed?
Is your device covered by the warranty? It would be best to contact technical support for this issue. If the device is in warranty, they will be able to replace the failed drive as well.

I do not if this tells you much more regarding the software version...
I cannot tell if the storage is still under warranty, but my critical issue is to retrieve the data. The strange part is that I do have 2 disks inside (to avoid the failure of one), and now I cannot access any of them... This do not appear to me a very safe system :-(
Any help (include the support contact) would be helpfull !

You can go to the following site and put your serial number in the box that states, "Find Your Product": https://lenovo-eu-fr.custhelp.com/. It will then bring you to a page that will show if your device is in warranty or not. If you have the original purchase receipt and have purchased the device within the warranty period, you can send it in to have the warranty updated.
If you cannot log in to the device and view the event log or the device does not say which drive has failed, I would recommend contacting support for assistance. Please go to the following site for support contact information: Coordonnées pour l'Europe — Stockage réseau
If the device cannot rebuild the RAID, you will have to have a data recovery service retrieve the data. Services de récupération des données
There is an updated firmware version for your device as well: Firmware Version 18.104.22.16894 for ix2 and ix2-dl
